The link http://cpanel.courseselect.x10.mx seems to lead to a page that says "Default Web Page". I've tried this on several computers and flushed my DNS cache as well. The 2082 port is blocked at work, so I can't access my cPanel to make some necessary changes. What can I do?

There is no access to cPanel via port 80. Only 2083 (https) or 2082 (http)

Thanks for the reply, but bear with me for this question, I am just curious (honestly, I am). How come this feature supported natively in cPanel is not in use by x10hosting? Does it raise a security concern?

I believe it's something to do with the free hosting configuration. I think it works on premium. If you're interested in premium I can find out for sure.
