CPanel ports have been blocked, what should I do?

At school, the cpanel ports (2082 & 2083) have been blocked. Is there any way I could get into cpanel anyway (without cpanelproxy, as the word proxy has been blocked too :S)?

It seems to work for most people. The URL doesn't mention proxy.
