Hi,
I seem to have multiple problems here.
I set my account up a month ago. Initially I could get everywhere. I set up one of my domains and it worked fine.
A week ago I tried to get to set up another domain and when I tried to follow the same link to cPanel ( http://saxelby.exofire.net:2082 ) I get a 404 type error.
If I try to go to the domain I set up ( www.saxarilla.com ), which I could visit before, I get the same page error.
If I try to go to the account management panel ( http://x10hosting.com/account ) I get a message telling me
"... In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account."
For one thing I am supposed to have an ad-free hosting account, and for another, if I enter my username for these forums (psaxelby) I get told that that username doesn't exist (although I'm logged in with it here).
I was looking in the forum & saw someone else having the same problem, tried to reply to the post & got a message telling me I can't reply, even though I was looking at a box that told me I could reply.
Please help sort these problems - I can't do anything with my domains at the moment & that's... bad.... very bad...
