cpanel problem

Hello Sir,

i'm experiencing problems when logging in to my cpanel. It seems that i need to login multiple time before i can view the page. When i transfer to another page, i need to login again. What is the cause of this?

Another concern is my account username. would it be possible for you to change it from "mahcrib" to "dodare". Both Forum and x10Hosting

Which browser you are using?
Make sure cookies are enabled, Also try clearing cookies.

It is not possible to change Forums username, However you can change hosting username

By requesting deletion of your current account. After deletion Signup again with new username.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.
