cPanel Problem

Hello guys,

My website loads perfectly fine, and other computers can see it, but I cannot login to cPanel. When I click the "Login to cPanel" button, the next page doesn't resolve (i've tried 3 different browsers). I cannot get into cPanel to upload the latest changes i've made.

You were on Fris. Now you are on Starka.

Use

https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/

to log onto cPanel ( you might get a warning about the SSL certificate, which you can ignore ) or

http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

I'm still having probems with the new login addresses. The secure (HTTPS) address worked once, but is not working anymore. As for the other link, it was never working. Maybe I just have the worst luck in the world. :frown:

Ok, you can close the support thread. I was able to upload the new changes. When will the backend report that I'm using Starka? Because right now it's still reporting that I'm using fris, even though you guys said that server no longer exists.

The backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
