Cpanel problem

so i looked a bit through the search and i found similar topics. the problem im having is not being able to access my FTP or my Cpanel, i thought it was a bug from the server move. when i try to get to cpanel through my web link it gives me a Cpanel cant be found error(404 error). everytime i try to access through FTP it just try's to connect and never makes a connection

whenever i try that link it always timed out, sorry i should have posted that origionally aswell


maybe im just trying at a downtime moment or something right now. otherwise its giving the same connection error as it origionally did, to were it trys and just times out
