cpanel problems!!

hallo,
I just made a new account and wanted to login in the cpanel:
http://theisland.pcriot.com:2082
But its not working. is is just loadng nd loading. After sum 5 minutes of loading a error is displayed. the normal account logging is working but the cpanel loggin isnt working(actually the page isnt even loading)

It seems your site is working for me, can you please go to http://whois.sc and enter your IP address and paste what it says. Also, which browser are you using? Have you tried using another browser?

jeah its working at home.
Was using the computer the my school and there it wasnt working

Congratulations on the new account that is working !

1st check your local firewall isn't blocking the absolut IP. This can be found on the server alerts forum page -> http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/13706-x10hosting-services-up-down.html

If this is not the case, post back here and I will check wether your IP is being blocked by the server's firewall.
