CPanel Problems

Whenever i try to login to my cPanel it says Login Attempt Failed!
Also when i try to access my website it says

Your domain loads fine for me. It shows the default index page.

how come my cpanel wont work?....
do i have to register a seperate acc for cpanel or do i use the same one that i use for my x10 acc?

Make sure you're using all lower case when trying to login.
