CPanel problems

Hey i cant log into my CPanel or FTP to upload anything?
when i try i just get login attempt failed
however when i click on my site page i see the welcome page.
its burnett4landore.x10hosting.com

not burnett4landore, but if i try that that doesnt work either, im using the username which i supplied when i signed up. If you want i can PM you the username and password.
