how do i find out what IP address can be used to access cpanel instead of my regular cpanel url?

eg:
my cpanel url, http://example.x10hosting.com:2082 may also be accessed using http://xx.xx.xx.xx:2082/ how do i find out this IP?

If you login to cPanel using the normal URL and look in the left column youwill see the Shared IP, you should be able to use this.
NOTE: You cannot use this IP to access your site.

can this IP be used with the Cname records for a custom domain? i have a custom domain niravthakker.co.cc, when i edit the CName records with a third party DNS service like freeDNS.afraid.org, for the service www, can i use this ip?

You should use our nameservers when doing that.
