cPanel Question

I do not have a cPanel username and password. I tried using my forum and it does not work. does this mean that my account is not yet set up? toddsmith.co.cc. Thank you!

Your cpanel username is todds

Try that.

If you don't remember the password. then reset the password in account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php To login here you have to use the forum username and password.

toddsmith.co.cc shows as "available" at co.cc
You have to register with them to get that domain name and then attach it to your site.
