CPanel refuses my username/password combo

I have tried about two times to change my universal password on x10hosting, but, no matter what, CPanel refuses to log me in. I have tried all possible passwords I have used for hosting, and none of them work.

I've recently filed a domain change request (a few hours ago) as well as an unsuspension request (a month ago?), and everything appears to be cleared out, so I don't know what to do now.

It appears your account is still suspended on the webservers.
I have removed the htaccess suspending the site so its visible but i need to escalate this so they can fix it.
