Cpanel says parked domain is already registered, isn't in my parked domain list.

my site troyhoover.x10.mx works, It's been two days since I've registered the x10 name servers at co.cc. troyhoover.co.cc gives me a cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi even after I cleared my DNS cache and my web browser data. I've tried it on another persons computer also.

When parking my co.cc domain, I never got a successful confirmation, it's now saying this:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: troyhoover.co.cc is already configured.

troyhoover.co.cc doesn't show up in my parked domain list, my add-on domain list, or my sub domain list.

Also, when I access the file manager through Cpanel, the File Manger Directory Selection comes up and troyhoover.co.cc is an option in the drop down menu, so I assume the domain is recognized by the x10 servers.

I just tried changing my main domain to troyhoover.co.cc on the x10hosting account site but it didn't go through, I got this Error Code: C085843B.

Still bringing up the default page
