Can someone tell me what it means in CPanel Server Status when it has

Server Load and a red blinking light?

Also

Httpd - failed with a red blinking light

The Server load blinking light indicates that the server load is starting to reach a critical level (according to cPanel), even though things like page generation times may not show the excessive load. HTTPD on a red blinking light indicates that the part of Apache that services port 80 (HTTP) has failed/crashed, and needs to be restarted/repaired.

Are either of these things I need to worry about? I also have a blinking yellow beside Disk/dev/sda3 (/usr) 87%, what does that mean?

Also, I requested and was approved for an upgrade to Intermediate, how can I tell if this upgrade has been completed? When I log on to my account it says upgrade pending.
