cPanel Signup trouble

When I enter my cPanel username(for the hosting service) to link this account to the cPanel one, it says its sent an eMail and I've Tried multiple times but it hasn't.

What type of account did you sign up for?

Ad-Free, but I guess it thinks I signed up for Ad-Enhanced.. Anyways to change this?

Hmmm, I guess not. Only one to Verify my eMail as mine. Nothing welcoming me as a member to the hosting service. Is there anyways I could get the account with my eMail address deleted or modified? Like in working order.

I would like it to be ad-free.

EDIT: I would like to add that I followed the verification link through.
