when i open my site www.djshani.co.tv and cpanel its works slow after 40 or 50 sec then it will open check that problem

Chopin seems to be having intermittent problems with MySQL, making the cause hard to diagnose. As a result, there's no way of knowing when it will be fixed. The admins are trying to determine what's going wrong, but it's going to take time.
