cpanel - site software isn't working for me

when i click in cpanel on site software it comes up with

Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them to do so.

and yet i am the admin(am i not?)

please help me..

That probably means your site wasn't created correctly. It means the hosting admin, like an Account Manager or Admin at x10, I do believe.

We do not have cPAddons enabled.
