cpanel still isnt working, I also dont think my domain is registered properly

for some reason my cpanel at http://evilfunhouse.pcriot.com:2082 is not working, it IS NOT my cache I have cleared that restarted it tried on several other pcs eeverything and it still says domain available and I cant get in my cpanel, can someone assist me please?

I can access your Cpanel login page and when I visited your website, the title says "Coming Soon" which shows that someone at least has edited it.

Yes, I edited it yesterday using the main servers ip cpanel that way I know when it works, it works for me now I dont know what happened but it works now
