cPanel still not working

Bad news. It still isn't working. I can't log into the cPanel and my site appears as Domain Available. I'm trying to log into the cPanel with the same information I'm logging into the Account Panel, so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong...

In the server status, it says Exim is offline. Could that be the reason why I can't log into the cPanel. Though, it says the cPanel is online...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just for future reference, Exim is part of the mail server... it won't affect you logging into cPanel.
