Cpanel taking too long to respond

I recently signed up with x10. I can access the account panel, it offers me a button to goto Cpanel.
I click on it and the page seems to hang forever before stating "Google Chrome could not load the webpage because level.x10hosting.com took too long to respond."

Panel states "
Your account is active and ready for use." so I am sure its not suspended and it seems to work. I can even goto my web address, though there isn't much there because I can't seem to get into cpanel.

Any suggestions?

Thank you to the 30 people (or bots ) who have viewed this thread and not replied with any helpful information whatsoever.

To give an update ( and add a few things to keep from getting the basic "form-letter" responses )

A. I live in the United States, connect through CenturyLink / Qwest / Verizon ( whichever company it is that sets up our ISP )
B. I use an ActionTec PK5000 Router, and using Zorin OS 6 on a desktop

1. I have tried : https://piratemouse.x10.mx:2083/ - same response
2. I have read :
http://status.x10hosting.com/ and http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/ and see nothing that would explain the lack of connection to Cpanel. ( something from a week + ago, but states it was resolved )

3. I have flushed my DNS, cleared my browser's history and cache ( I am using Ubuntu / Zorin OS 6 and Google Chrome ) I have run Bleachbit Root and Bleachbit (normal) as well as Ubuntu Tweak's Janitor AND rebooted my computer and my router. I also have tried using FireFox in addition to Google Chrome.

I was informed by Gouri (through some community forum area off of the account panel ) that they could access their cpanel, so it must be my ISP causing problems, yet made no attempt to explain what I may need to contact my ISP about. ( Strangely, I can access other sites, locations, forums, videos, etc - only this connect fails to connect )

I am guessing at this point that my only recourse is to find another hosting location since I seem to be the only one that is unable to access Cpanel and there is no clear understanding / reasoning why.

Hi there - I tried the link you pasted for cPanel (the :2083 one) and it doesn't work here either, if that helps...

Thank you Sharky. It does help in some aspect. Although it doesn't resolve the issue, at least it shows that it isn't my ISP that is causing problems. Unless somehow you are connected to the same ISP I am. *lol*

As stated, I can visit my web address just fine ( and since it was just set up the other day, obviously there isn't much on there ) but I can not access cpanel - either through the button that you can press in panel or the direct address given to me ( and posted above )

Thank you. Already did. ( http://x10hosting.com/forums/support/question/155/cpanel-taking-too-long-to-respond/ )
Seems I am getting about the same level of support as I am here. So I figured I would keep both active. Someone has to have a helpful tip, answer or solution besides blaming my ISP.
When, as it shows, I am not the only one that is having issues.

Update. ( As mentioned in above link ) tried connecting through : piratemouse.x10.mx:2082

This is giving me a different error ( Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to piratemouse.x10.mx:2082 )
