CPanel Time Out

Hi Set up my account 3 hours back and have not been able to even get to a log in page for the CPanel... Account panel sign in works fine and I tried modifying some details which was also fine...

Using Mozilla but also tried IE and both time out when attempting to access the cpanel and more recently the url above doesn't even show the test index page.

please ping your website, if the IP address it returns ends in 241 you're machine hasnt picked up the right address yet, please flush your dns and clear your webcache and see if that then helps - cpanel often doesnt work until you see the right IP for your site.
