cpanel - unknown host "chopinnew.x10hosting.com"

I cannot access cpanel as it reports "chopinnew.x10hosting.com" is unknown host.
the mysql is broken but I cannot get in to fix it.

If those do not work, please go to cPanel and try to use phpMyAdmin. If you get an error message, please post it here.
