Try checking your spam folder for the email with your account information or reset your password in cPanel on the login screen. If that doesn't work an account manager can tell you your password.

That doesn't have anything about cPanel on it, except the login link. Do I just login with the username and password mentioned on this email?

By the way, I changed the domain that I signed up with to my own. "www.kiniferus.com". Could that have anything to do with it?

That is your password in *'s, if that was relating to the forums it would say x10Hosting Forums account :)
Try logging in with that username and password.

First, make sure you are logging into the right site.
Then, make sure when you visit your site it does not say display the "Domain Available" page.
Then, try reseting your password in cPanel login screen.
If that doesn't work, then wait for an account manager to help you.

Ok, I just went to your site and there seems to be a problem.
It seems your site has not been created yet probably because account creations are turned off.
I don't know why you received an email but I'll let an admin take this.

It is not working. I can log into the x10Hosting Account Management Panel, and it shows all my information and everything, I just can't log into the cPanel to upload my site and everything! Is there nothing else I can do besides talk to an account manager? If so, how do I do that?

Well, your site says that it has not been created yet.
This is probably an issue with account creations.
They would know more about it than me.
Just wait and an account manager will see this thread.
What server are you on?

Your site is now working with the new domain name www.kiniferus.com.

Please confirm that it is indeed working for you now.
