Your cpanel username is same as your forums username.

You are unable to login in cpanel becasue Your server is chopin and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

Some transferred accounts on chopin are also discovering problems because of High load on server..
Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.
