cpanel username/login

I recently tried to access my domain, and was told the domain was available and did not exist.
So I logged on to se what was wrong, logged into the forums to make sure that wasn't the case either, and wnt to check my account panel. It takes me to a page where I have to enter my username for the account linking, however when I did so I was told my username didn't exist even though I was already logged into it.

I can not access cpanel either.

My cpanel name is dissquash

I last entered the forum a month or 2 ago.

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

I guess that is what happened.
