cPanel username

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

I entered my cpanel user name (pacersforever) and it says
An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

cPanel usernames are limited to 8 characters. So "pacersforever" is not your cPanel username.
Your username will be listed in one of the E-Mails your received when you signed up.

I don't think I got it, where can I get it ?

Make sure you check your SPAM folders. You should of have received one E-Mail saying that your account is in the queue, then one a bit later saying that your account has been created.

Which plan did you sign up for? Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced? Also what sub-domain did you choose?
I may be able to find your hosting account if you provide these details.

I can't find your account, so I don't think it has been created.
