Unfortunately a new feature of a software firewall that we have in use has been mistakenly blocking some cPanel users on our server Level. This would happen if a user left a webmail application or similar cPanel features open for a long duration of time.
Apparently it is still an issue. I was attempting to setup my Outlook 2010 and had the cPanel and webmail page up for a while trying to set up my mail (I failed miserably). The page timed out and I have been unable to open cPanel again...it continues to time out.
