Hello,

I am very new at this and just set up my domain andybento.x10.mx. I tried clicking on webmail and cpanel but it does not load. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Andy

Hello,

Did you try both URLs Skizzerz posted before?

Yes, that is correct. The only think I can think of is that I am in a corporate environment with a firewall in front?

Hello,

That may explain it. Do you access the internet via some kind of proxy? It may be a web content filter of some kind.

yup, that looks like it was the issue. I can connect to the login page now but can't login. I have tried both my account, bentoa or abento200947 and still tells me invalid login. I must be doing something wrong?

Actually got everything to work! Thanks! Just sent up the email accounts and now able to receive emails on my domain.

Quick question, is there a link for tutorial on how to customize a homepage? I am trying to figure out how to change my homepage and add my html codes for school.

Awesome thanks. Just on that note, when I upload a file such as (example) test_code.html to that public www location, I would be able to see the changes of my webpage (such as color codes, paragraphs of words, etc...?)?

Hello,

Any pages you want to appear at example.com would need to go into your public_html or www directory. If you wanted to see it at example.com/test, you'd need to put the files into /public_html/test. Changes are applied as soon as you upload the new version, however you will need to refresh the page in your browser to see any changes (F5 is usually the shortcut).

Thanks.
