Cpanel & Website Down

Hello,
From the morning, i'm unable to access my cpanel and my website. Both are down. I can open my account portal but unable to access cpanel. Using vox panel. Kindly help. :(

Hi, I'm having similar problems; they are performing a kernel update. Check http://status.x10hosting.com/ for more details. They had stated that is was pretty much fixed, but I am still having issues with loading my site and cpanel.

Still is speed issue. And my cpu usage is 41% . x10hosting limit the cpu usage for my website :(
