cPanel Websites gone 404 Site files deleted

I logged into cPanel through https://x10hosting.com/portal/
My File Manager shows No Files or Databases.
They appear to have been deleted.
This happened while I was working on the Site.
One minute there were there now they have gone.

I tried to reply to these posts below rather than create a new thread but am told I do not have permission to reply.
See:

http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/178246-usual.html

Also this Forum Editor does not work with Opera, (there is a Golden Rule to web design, Cross Browser Referencing).

I have put alot of work into this site over the weekend and do hope that someone has not erased the files as has happened to me before.

The last time someone messed with the server I had to put in 48 hours of work to sort out the mess created.

It is no Just the Files and Directories in the public_html Directory.
It is ALL Files and Directories in cPanel, including the home Directory.

There is no Announcement that I can find, so it would be nice to know exactly what is going on?

@miner and amaan007

Can either of you log into:
https://x10hosting.com/portal/

and then click on:
'Access cPanel', (blue button - right)

If so are the directories blank?

Well the Files and Directories are back in my File Manager.

There is no connection to the Database at the moment!

I am back On-line

Well done Guys and Gals at x10Hosting for Sorting It.

Would it be too much trouble to ask Admin to Post in Announcements if they have issues they are trying to sort out?

It is all well and Good asking us to use the Ticket System. I did and it took 6 hours for a Reply.
I am not sure this Ticket System Idea is such a good one judging by today.

That might not seem too bad to some, but I could have switched the DNS to another Server in under 2 hours, (normally 30 mins is enough), temporarily while things were being sorted out.

That is not to say that we do not appreciate all the hard work of Admin.
