Cpanel will not let me sign in

Helllo,
I am trying to log in to the cpanel for my website and it will not let me sign in. I know that the user name and password are correct because I checked with my x10hosting account. Please let me know if you have any suggestions as to how to fix this.

Yes I tried to change my password but it still does not let me sign in

It can take up to 24 hours for the password change to update. If it still doesn't work by then, post back and the thread will be escalated.
