cPanel wont let me log in.

I cant log in to cpanel.
I just signed up today, is there any sort of delay between signing up and cpanel working?
my domain is lakotathepenguin.pcriot.com.

There might have been a problem when your account was created. If I go to your default subdomain, I get a domain available page. If you would like me to recreate the account. Please PM me the confirmation e-mail for the hosting account.
