cpanel wont load. can i connect through FTP?

My cpanel won't load. It just hangs up with the page partially loaded.

Is there a ftp address i can connect to? my site is redhawksracquetball.x10hosting.com

Your FTP address is your site's address. If needed, adding ftp:// to the front of it should also bring you to FTP.

Starka seems to be under unusually high load at the moment. Been like that for the better part of the day, and Staff are aware of it.

it wont work in filezilla i typed in ftp.redhawksracquetball.x10hosting and redhawksracquetball.x10hosting.com ftp://redhawksracquetball.x10hosting.com but it says "waiting for welcome message" and then it fails. is that because of starka?

Yes, more than likely due to the high load on Starka itself. Give it some more time and it should start responding soon enough.
