CPanel won't load

Hi, I've just create my account and if I try to open the CPanel or if I try to login via FTP, it goes on timeout.
Is because you are updating servers or something like that?
When you think I will be able to upload something to start testing it?

This seems to be on and off, probably due to a varying load right now. If it doesn't work right away, try again in 10 minutes.
