cPanel X Password

Dear Friends
I've forgotten the password for cPanel X, My username is arneldz, and if I use the same password for xHosting.com error occurs when trying to login.

Please note I can log on xHosting.com but I can not log on to cPortal.

I changed the password several times but still can not log on
Please help.

Log in to the Account Management area on www.x10hosting.com, Once logged in click the Hosting tab at the top of your screen, Scroll down and locate "Change Password" and click "Click here to update my password »"
