I cannot logon to my Cpanel.

I need to create a mysql server to upload wordpress.

Can you confirm I can run wordpress in your hosting system?

your cpanel URL is http://itsolutionschertsey.x10hosting.com:2082

make sure you are using correct username and password. Your cpanel username is fmahmud.

If you forgot your cpanel password then go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswrd
and reset your password.

And of course you can Host wordpress on your free Account..
