Hello. I cannot login in the CPanel anymore. Please advise.

Hello, what was your web-hosting username?

My Username is Sermon2. I can login without problem into http://x10hosting.com/
and then I can access the Control Panel via the Hosting Account Management Panel. But if I access the CPanel directly via this link :
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/frontend/x3/index.html?post_login=67138067781657
It will not accept my password.
