None of my cPanel works. The server is boru. When I try to create a public_html folder it gives me an error.
When I login my cPanel, it doesn't show the login information. I'm guessing cPanel or server is down?

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The problem is that when ever I try to create a folder, "public_html" It says it doesnt exist. Also I enter my cpanel is shows my SQL info and memory usage and etc. It says error loading. This doesn't have to do with my browser.
My domain is rslock.x10.mx
