Hi my Cpanel is not working, it's not letting me log in and I use vox.

Try these steps to regain access to your cPanel:

1. Change your password in the account portal
2. Wait for it to say that the change took effect
3. This is important log out of the account portal and log back in
4. Click the blue access cPanel button or use URL https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083 and log in with your username and new password
