cPanel?

I signed up for the ad-free webhosting, and signed up for an account with the x10 forums (obviously), but I still can't get past the c-panel account name section of the log in. Where do I go from here to access my account, or where do I have to go to get a cPanel account?

What is your domain name URL? What is your cPanel user name?

I guess there in lies the problem, I'm not entirely sure what cPanel even is. I don't have a previous domain or account anywhere else, so should I go back and try to get an account with ads, or will I still have this problem?

If you have created an account then you should have received an email. This email would have had the confirmation link. If you did not receive this email then use this link http://x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation Enter your cPanel user name. If it is the same as your forums account name then enter that in the box. If you used a different name for your account management panel then you will need to use that name.
