hi im new to X10 and need help loging into cpanel. i have seen that there have server problems and was wondering if that could be why i cant login? every time i login it tells me, "loging failed" if anyone could help me with this i would greatly appreciate it! thanks, matthew

Normally with new accounts if you go to the URL you signed up for and see "Domain available" its because your PC hasnt picked up the url correctly yet, and that will prevent you logging into cpanel as its a different server

i went to my URL and this is what i see... "Welcome to your new x10Hosting.com hosting account. You may replace this index.html with your new website. Please remember the best way to receieve support is through the x10Hosting Forums. " so my computer must be picking it up correctly. any other ideas??

Then make sure you login with the details sent to you in the confirmation email - as they may differ from your forum details.

that was the other thing... i didnt recieve any email. i have checked my spam and inbox

are you an administrator or mod? if so is there a way for you to resend the email?
