cpannel account deosn't exists

Hi

I yust created my site and everything is working accept the cpanel.
My domain is nitrocrime.x10hosting.com and my account name is nitrocri.
But when i try to login it won't work.
And when i try to get my pass back it says that the account doesn't exists

When did you create the account and what is the cPanel username?

at around 16:30 in the netherlands

Hosting account "nitocri" is linked to the forum account "nitrocrime".
To login to: http://x10hosting.com/account you need to use the FORUM account user & pass that is linked to your hosting account, in this case: nitrocrime.

If you reset your password from your AMP and it still doesn't work, create a thread with nitrocrime user, and we'll help you with the issue.
