"Create Account" button doesn't work

I've tried to create a new free hosting service, but when I fill the blanks with my user and password and domain name, and select "I agree to terms", the CREATE ACCOUNT button won't clic. I've tried many times by now and I can't open a new service because of that. Please help.

Which browser you are using? It is working fine here. Please try another browser
