If you need help installing a forum try this:

Go to cPanel.

Scroll down to Databases.

Use MySQL database Wizard to create a database and give the user ALL PRIVILEGES. Remember the information you enter here.

Scroll down to a section called Software/Services.

Click on Fantastico De Luxe (or Softaculous).

You will see many forum software choices to choose from. Select your desired forum software.

Follow the onscreen instructions using the Database info you created earlier.

You can also install the forum manually by downloading the software from the publisher's site, such as http://www.simplemachines.org, http://www.mybb.com, http://www.phpbb.com, etc..
