create new account

Since my web site is no longer supported by encoding or whatever, how do I start from scratch and set up a new account. I tried, but it says I can't because I already have an account. studio1awards.co.cc.
I really need to get my web site up again. Thank you for your help.

Delete everything inside your public_html folder. After that, upload your new site to that same folder.

Where do I find "public_html folder" ?

Connect via FTP or use the cPanel file manager located in your cPanel.
