Is it possible to create two subdomains with different files? For example one of elementfx.com one on x10.bz?

If you want your main domain to be foo.elementfx.com and a completely different site with name whatever.x10.bz, then then answer is yes.
Just add whatever.x10.bz as an addon domain via cPanel. DO NOT USE REDIRECTS. It will create a subdirectory of public_html which will contain the files for the new domain and the server will serve its files from there.
