Created support ticket, but...

Some time in the last two weeks my connections to my mysql database quit working. I can access it through cPannel and myphpadmin. Coppermine, drupal, and my custom php app quit working on stoli.

I logged a support ticket earlier in the week, but have not heard anything back. Does anyone know if there are just some back logs on issues, or am I doing it wrong?

Any advice would be great, Thanks

If you have spent any length of time in the Free Hosting ( Community Support ) area, you can find many people who have submitted tickets that are waiting a lot longer than you.

Due to numerous server issues and problems with the new setup, there has been a overwhelming amount of tickets submitted and only a certain number of staff that can positively respond. They are doing their best to get through everything in a timely manner. They just ask for a little patience.
