Creating a hosting accont

I have filled out the form on free hosting then click create but nothing happens . I have done this several times please ssist

We cannot manually create accounts. Do you receive some kind of error code?

There is no error code the windows progress indicator in the bottom right hand side of the window progresses half way then in the bottom left hand side of the window is says done. but the page remains the same i.e step 1
