Hello,
Understandably due to me forgetting to login to my hosting account, (I believe) it has been permanently suspended.
As a result of it being suspended, the subdomain associated with my hosting account, cpsecure.x10.mx, has also been made available for 'registration'. This is proven to be true when you visit cpsecure.x10.mx - the 'Domain Does Not Exist' error page displays stating that the subdomain is 'Available Now' for registration.
However, when I visit x10hosting.com and try to sign up for a new hosting account using that exact, 'Available Now' subdomain (cpsecure.x10.mx), I'm given an error that reads 'That domain is not currently available.'.
I was wondering why this 'Available Now' subdomain is unavailable for registration? Is there any way an administrator can fix this problem so that I can re-use the subdomain?
Thanks in advance for your time!
