Creating new accounts

Dear Sirs: I have a set of students who are trying to create their first websites. I have chosen your free hosting to establish those websites. However, when we tried to create their accounts we froze on the "Create Account" screen. I don't see where there settings are any different than mine. Do you have any suggestions?

By froze I guess you mean it wouldn't actually send the form properly. The first suggestion in this situation is to try a different browser to complete the signup process, as for some reason there is one particular browser version and setup that prevents the form from sending when the button is clicked.
